PHPFusion PopUp Domination

Dear Friends:
As many know there is a paid plugin for WordPress called PopUp Domination (http://bit.ly/rk5sVG), I was thinking of how to create an infusion or Mod with the same function would be to open the site made in PHP Fusion would open a window PopUp say and offer an explanation or something going in exchange for the visitor's e-mail to our mailing list or E-mail Marketing Autoresponders.
I do not know if I'm expressing myself correctly, but here's a demo of how it works http://www.popupdomination.com/demo/ PopUp Domination.
But I do not know where to begin, someone could give me a forcinha? Of course, as it becomes available will be available to people in the community at no cost, thus helping everyone.
Or if there is already such a thing could post the link to download?
(I honestly have tried the official website and other support to countries and found nothing on this)

excuse the English half-assed (a Brazilian term is to say which is more or less) but the main idea would be to create an infusion domination style popup only for PHPFusion.
How many of you know a good list of e-mail generates more visits to your site so my intention to create something like that for php-fusion arose.
to have this plugin for wordpress but do not know where to start "processing" so to speak.

The Infusion mentioned did not work in version 7.2.03 PHPFusion hen I am right now.
Not because of the Steel Theme Play Fangree I'm using but nothing appears on the site when active this infusion.
Another there is no way to insert the HTML code of an autoresponder, Feed Burner or formuário page conforms capture this video in the link below.

Ok. It may possible that the Author of the infusion has not updated it for 7.02.03 yet.
However, you can manually add the HTML code into some panel in your website and can enable it. Simple ! B)
