Can not get Albums with sub albums to work

I need a Photo Gallery with sub Albums
I tried this http://www.php-fusion.co.uk/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=29092 but I cn not get it to work properly. Every where I have searched has had similar or same problems.
Please help me.
I am looking for something like this. When I installed it, it would not work properly for me. Are the any other plugins similar or could this be updated to to be used it the latest versions of PHP Fusion
