I just finished upgrading from 7.02.06 to the new 7.02.07 and received the following list of files that needed to be deleted. On one of my other sites, the only file that needed to be deleted was administration/updateuser.php

Why would I need to delete that many files. At first glance, it appears the site is working fine without deleting them.
Does it not say in the Readme that this is expected? (i have not had time to test), no there is none...
[*] FILES: The minor file check tool:
Those files found by the tool are supposed to be orphaned files from previous PHPFusion upgrades, no longer in use, and if you are not in the habit to clean out the directory (comparing with the release files) then you might accumulate quite an amount of orphaned files. These may be potential security risks.
This tool may suggest you remove files you want to KEEP if you have made modifications to your site!! Make sure you have control over this.
