Hello, somebody who knows where this code should be, for it to come up on the theme?

I changed the Javascript parameters some to allow an echo it and I also added $zopim to global since I guess it will be needed.
Hope it does the trick !

Is that piece of code all that comes with this chat?
Any scriptfiles to be included?

In theory, put this anywhere in theme.php, prefer at the end of page:
