This is the BorgNine theme (resistance is futile) with a drop-down menu and a userbar.
A fairly fastloading simple theme - now upgraded to work with PHPFusion version 7.02.

This Theme is XHTML 1.0 Transitional, and CSS level 3, valid.
- which means, that this theme renders flawlessly on most modern browsers.

Changelog:

BorgNine 1.1:
1. Upgraded to PHPFusion 7.02
2. I have chosen to change the theme width from 100% to only 80%, simply because, I think it looks better that way!

BorgNine 1.2:
1. Fixed a minor bug in the drop-down menu.
