Keep getting this error on all forum attachments.

"Attachment File Type Not Allowed"

owner reported error on version v7.02.03 so I updated to v7.02.07 still having the issue.

pagespeed module running on server. tried disabling it. still having issue.

4 infusions installed
Forum Attachments List
Forum Bot Agent
Shoutbox
VArcade

uninstalled all infusions, still having issue.

checked Content Admin>Forums>Edit Forum attachments are allowed.

checked Settings>Forums Settings> has .gif,.jpg,.png,.zip,.rar,.tar,.7z

I'm at a loss as to what is going on... any ideas?

Every time I look for an answer forever and then I finally give up and post the question it is undoubted that i will shortly thereafter find the answer.

I didn't have permissions set on the attachments folder properly.
