Access To MYSQL Database Denied

What do I have to do to correct this:
Unable to establish connection to MySQL
1045 : Access denied for user 'bn06'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
I am transferring my site to a new host, and I have PHPMYADMIN it, and all went fine, but when I go to launch it I get the above msg. The database I created for the transfer does not contain the user in the above msg. I have done a fresh install and it went just fine, but the transfer is not working. I want my old site, and not have to start fresh.

You need to change your config.php to suit your new host.
