Error After Changing Locale

I switched my site from the English locale to German locale to work on something, but now I cannot access the Main system settings to change the locale back to English. Is there a way to change the locale back to the default English locale without accessing the main system settings?

Go into phpMyAdmin and go to the Site Settings Table (fusionxxxxx_settings) and select browse.
Now scroll down to locale Select Edit and enter English and then select Go.
Done now back to English.

Done now back to English.
