Currently, all photos in the albums are listed earliest to current. Where would I change it to display the most recent photo first i.e. in DESC order rather than ASC as is shown currenly.

The Photos are ordered in your gallery when you upload them.

You can change the way it sorts but it will destroy your ordering.
