theme_functions_include gets deleted

Hello users,
I'm experiencing a wierd issue with the phpfusion v7.02
My theme_functions_include.php files from includes folder it's keep getting deleted..I upload it ..see it there..refresh..and it's getting deleted. and on the website i get this
Any idea why?! Please help..thanks
What i've noticed so far:
when i upload it it sets CHMOD TO 644..and I can't change it to 755 cuz it's gettting deleted..
Also when trying to rename I get this issue inside FileZilla FTP

What PHPFusion version do you run after 7.02. ?
You need to have .07, also please provide a link to your site and we might detect what´s going on.

I do not think it's anything major, just some weird glitch. Anyway, Download and install PHPFusion again. You could also try another theme. Change your passwords for FTP and other hosting services and then see how you get on. I would say if there are any issues it lies with your host or Filezilla rather than PHPFusion.
