Hi!

It seems like if I only enter text in the upper (News) input field, then this text also will show up if I click on the read more button, but if I also enter text in the lower input field (Extended news) then this is the only text that show up when I click the read more button.

I believe that there is a "if" somewhere in the news.php file that controls this behavior.

Does anyone have the programming skill to help me to get the read more to always show news + extended news?

Thanx!

I think this depends on the theme you use.

My themes are coded this way, if you don't input text in the extended box the read more button wont be displayed.

What theme are you using ?

I believe from my interpretation to post #1. He wants news from news body 1 to display on extended news (readmore) regardless.

So when reading news on news.php read more will be on all items when click read more the news from news body 1 will also be there on extended readmore.

Wat' I do not know is what you want to happen when there is extended news written?

Correct FredrikBroberg?

Yes, I think you got it right.

On the main page I want "NEWS" and if there is "EXTENDED NEWS" then I want the read more-link to be display.

After I click the read more-link I want both "NEWS" and "EXTENDED NEWS" to be shown.
