Community Ideas/Suggestions with Voting Infusion

I'm looking for something where people can post an idea or suggestions and others vote on it. As more people like an idea it will get placed higher and higher on a list.
I'd like something where admins can come in and "lock" or otherwise "remove" the suggestion after review...does anyone know if anything like this exists already?
