Error Panel Editing

Hi all
Few days ago i decided to get back to PHPFusion. Its about 8 months ago for me that i used it for last.
I got installed new site and started editing it. First i had problems with Forum. But putted my PHP-Version from 5.5 back to 5.3. Forum problem was gone it works fine.
But now i got next problem. When i make new panel and put link in it i get error like on image that i attached. I have with this also tryed to put my PHP-Version back to 5.5 but still i get this error.
What most strange is that i can make panel with one link. But when i try to add new one i get the error. Cant add more then one link in panel :|
PHP Version: 7.02.07 English and Dutch gets error.
Hope that i can get help with it here :)
