Heya ,

In your first request you need to apply ordinary HTML, see the tons of examples on the net etc. We can´t possibly know what type of table layout you want etc etc.
You can just paste your HTML code in to a new panel, the rest would be by either CSS or customized HTML styles.

For the other question you have an Administration for that, please see site links, you need to read some on the system to get going, one source is here :

when I place a htlm ereur code so my code in the panel are in php, but I is not toujour find to place a table or background color

You need to search and look @ examples how to change classes and html implementation for table backgrounds.

This how customized panel content works,
please note the " > ' in your line.

This content can not be displayed in a frame.

I have one last question on Panel :)

Click to enlarge may have a central Panel for that face the entire length of the site and that the left and right Panel this place see below.

If the content are not supported in a iframe it is nothing we can do anything about, the method on how to use iframes are as the above example of it.
Currently we only have left,mid panel support in a standard setup., however we do have two new panel positions enabled in a pending update.
One is Below subheader equally large as the left,mid,right together and the other position is Above footer with the same features.
