1) I assume that since I bought the copyright license I can simply alter the footer of my website now? I want to make sure so no legal action gets taken on me or my website I am hosted in USA on a VPS and need to follow the rules but I did spend $45.00 the other day and bought a CRL from here.

2) Why is it when I put a ' in the script it puts a / in anything I put it in? It's like a HTML stripper tag I guess

3) The same thing for panels I can't put any kind of HTML or Script into a Panel without it again putting a million /'s or sometimes the blocks become completely invisible despite the HTML codes being coded properly. I bought this CMS because it states its very easy to add HTML into a block and back when I used this software in like 2004 or 2005 I was able to just copy and paste the code into the echo area and it would work just fine so not sure what I'm doing wrong this time.

Support would be greatly appreciated on my issues above. Thank you for your time!

Forgot to mention like if I put The owner's it would come out as The owner/s so I take it there is some form of an HTML Tag stripper? Is there a way for the admins/staff to actually use HTML with this CMS anymore? :(

Yes that is what the system message also should say after you completed the purchase and enter your domain form.
Your domain are in our database.

2,
It sounds strange, I just tested here and on dev versions they all work with ´s and all ´ chars.
Check with your host maybe they have some module like mod security or something that does it.

3,
I can´t remember that any of these parts have change at any time since then.
What you need to remember is how to start and end your echo.
echo " < double quote = content need to be single quote like a href=' '< single quote close with another ";
Each panel shows an example of it when trying to add one.
Unless you turn php tags off, it is also good to practice if you keep getting confused by double vs single quote marks.
like ?> HTML <?php

Maybe you can show what needs to be added to where. Then we can guide and you can learn better.

Fusion 7 is still by far the simplest and most complete CMS even now.

I agree, yes, I have mod_security enabled. So it's definitely on my side then.

Thank you for the speedy reply. I always have been on Shared Hosting and most recently took on the daunting task of ordering a VPS, maybe bit off a bit more then I can chew. I figured out with the shout-box that I had to recompile my Apache/PHP to allow MB_String.

Yes, I have Mod_Security enabled how exactly would I disable it from causing the ' or to allow it so that I could put HTML into the site? I do want my server to be safe so it does have CSF Firewall, and Mod_Security installed but I did tick off PHP Safemode to OFF so that its not as strict.

Here is the codes I needed added.

1) My ssl certificate
<span id="siteseal"><script type="text/javascript" src="https://seal.godaddy.com/getSeal?sealID=7wpq3XYLCXLG5DmGcnQDnKVBFrsJyGOBcw2Phx7yHGsInSJcfSKZb"></script></span>

2) My Paltalk Chatroom widget
<object width=150 height=240 id='object' classid='clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000' codebase='http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0'>  <param name='movie' value='http://www.paltalk.com/flash/group.swf?xmllocation=http://www.paltalk.com/g2/group/1314521513/WidgetInfo.wmt?extern=1&width=150' /> <embed src='http://www.paltalk.com/flash/group.swf?xmllocation=http://www.paltalk.com/g2/group/1314521513/WidgetInfo.wmt? extern=1&width=150' width=150 height=240 id='widget' type='application/x-shockwave-flash' pluginspage='http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer'></embed></object>

I plan on removing the copyright when I figure out which theme I am going to use. =) I completely agree, PHPFusion is really the only CMS I can understand (as a partial newbie) I've tried many others, and the interface and settings just isn't the same... oh and also, its really affordable I could actually afford a licence vs paying $400 to the other guys and yet PHPFusion has way more features!!!

I am not to sure on configurations for mod sec, but you can try to disable it and see if it fixes your issues there.
Your ISP should be able to help with the tuning of it.

For the first one try,

openside("Panel");
echo '<span id="siteseal"><script type="text/javascript" src="https://seal.godaddy.com/getSeal?sealID=7wpq3XYLCXLG5DmGcnQDnKVBFrsJyGOBcw2Phx7yHGsInSJcfSKZb"></script></span>';
closeside();

for the other one try,

openside("Panel");
echo "<object width='150' height='240' id='object' classid='clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000' codebase='http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0'>  <param name='movie' value='http://www.paltalk.com/flash/group.swf?xmllocation=http://www.paltalk.com/g2/group/1314521513/WidgetInfo.wmt?extern=1&width=150' /> <embed src='http://www.paltalk.com/flash/group.swf?xmllocation=http://www.paltalk.com/g2/group/1314521513/WidgetInfo.wmt? extern=1&width=150' width=150 height=240 id='widget' type='application/x-shockwave-flash' pluginspage='http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer'></embed></object>";
closeside();

Thank you very much!!!

I was able to go into the config file of mod_security and disable that particular function and it's working now! Awesome.
I appreciate the support, I have removed the copyright and working on my website now if I need further help I will come back here.

I have taken notes of how to insert the HTML into the blocks, once again really appreciated on the support and speedy responses.
