Hi
there is a problem in all version of flashchat
the problem is
when any user try to enter the chat with same name of another user that is online in the chat
the new user will kick out the another user and will enter instead of him
is possible to resolve this problem
please help me

That is the case with most chat programs.
You can only enter the chatroom once.

I guess you did not understand me well
I can enter the chat with many nicknames
The problem if I'm online in the chat and another person enter the chat with similar name to my name he will kick me out and come instead of me

That's exactly what I mean.
You are loged in under e.g. name "polk"
If another user tries to login with username "polk" The chatroom kicks you out.
The system only allows one user logged in at the same time.
The user who is already logged in is kicked out and the last logged in user is logged in.
This is normal behaviour I think.
Otherwise it could be possible to get arround with an chatroom with dozen of users "polk" logged in.

but this is a big problem
because anybody can kick the users from the chat
they will kick each others easly
it is possible to edit the script and solve this problem
I want to prevent users from entering Similar names
but not kicking each others

I do not think it is normal. The chat program could show me an error message when I want to log in with a name that is already used by another person in the chat room or could append a random suffix to my chosen name.
@polk: Unfortunatelly I can't help you. I don't realy know the FlashChat, but if it works this way, maybe it is just not appropriate for you and you should find another chat. Modify flashchat is not so good idea.
