Does anyone know a way to get the header to auto adjust to different resolutions and screen sizes when viewed on different devices?

I answered this on the USA NSS.
The best way to get the header to fit the rest of the theme is to make sure the theme has a fixed width that matches the header image size. The attached image shows your site with my edit.
