SOLVED!
numer 60
online_users_panel had a "1" to be "0".
I do not know how they got the error.

You tried to access Members? ( rights are M ) , the link in Panel or suposed to link directly to members and to count unactivated users if the manual activation system are enabled. The $aidlink present in the panel could give a problem if not pulled since we are moving from globals.
To make it work as intended try put the 1 back and place this in top
