PHPFusion Copyrights is owned by Falk, Chan and Emma , PHPFusion Inc is controlled by Falk and Chan.
How all that work is something our lawyers handle. We have paid a fair sum of $ to have it all work legally and it is all regulated in a bible of agreements.

Why it was made?. There are many reasons but i´ll stick to the most obvious one.
We want to be able to provide with some services, Services that makes it easier to get started with PHPFusion.
To do this legally you naturally need a solid company to stand on.
We are now able to offer Domain names and Hosting services ( To very fair prices ).
We have fully developed and integrated interfaces for these services.

I could go on forever about these Domain and Hosting services as it is my most recent creations that I take a lot of pride in, but we do wait a while with the launch and introduction.

Our efforts goes to stabilize PHPFusion 9 for everyone first of all, the wait have been long enough now.
I am the first to admit that the level of structural changes have spiraled a tad out of control and it has caused a lot of issues to the Current Git Rev. These issues will be settled, the system will be tested over and over again. until we don´t find any new issues , at the end of the day we all are standing with a stronger CMS.

But to be clear, we do have a consensus that it has matured enough in order to be stabilized and released, there are plenty of production sites out there already using PHPFusion 9 with great success.

Yes. Problems are already small! Even after moving to change HomePage (the former infusions).

Yes rest assured, there are no worries at all regarding these ideas from my side.
PHPFusion´s Development have actually been more open and transparent than ever before in it´s 10+ years of history since my first concept version on Github was published.
