I have this site running on stable version and then I maby discover some errors - these errors are corrected on github

question 1: are these corrections included in the stable download package or do I have to manually update the files in question?

question 2: is it recommendable to use 9.03 files on a production site, if it's not error corrections?

1, No they are not. They will be released with the next update. We need to keep some revision order. Naturally if we had like a terminal error first hours of initial release we can simply hot patch and leave the version number untouched. But other than that all releases must usually come with a new revision number.

2, You can take the corrected ones you could need but in general I do not recommend to use the Git version as a regular sync. Esp. not when we are doing laps on it since many half ready updates will be placed there every now and then. Like I will update this but only make it to 50% one day, still Git and say to be continued and dependencies on the larger picture are seldom tested on individual updates.
