Required Profile Field Notification Panel

I am searching for the mod that use to exist that displayed a panel and redirected users to their profile when they had not filled in a required profile field. If I am not mistaken, this mod was by Fangree but I searched the site and cannot find it anywhere and I can't remember exactly what it was called. Does anyone have this mod and would be willing to share it? If not, can someone tell me what I'd need to do to create such a mod, what code I'd need to display the panel if the user hasn't entered information in the required profile fields? I would greatly appreciate any help.
