Error when adding news

Very often when adding news, a token error pops up.
Cannot find any token for this form.

There was an error while processing your request
News is not added
Or
Cannot find any token for storage: 1.1520143038.484fbed0df8ccd361be4247827d9617af9e918aea0b0ce0e91cfafc09d8007ad

Earlier on this version what I have everything worked

Hello, I still have this problem. Now I installed the latest version but it's still the same. At the installation I had it marked
Due to the settings for Server tokens in httpd.confg, it is impossible to determine the version of Apache without mod_rewrite, a minimum version of 2.2.16 is needed.
Not Enabled
PHP OPCache caching can improve your site's performance considerably. It is highly recommended to have OPCache installed on your server.

Apache version to Apache / 2.4.29. The server supports mod_rewrite. OpCache is also enabled.
How to fix this error?
