Panels not showing after upgrading to v9

Greetings.
Since I upgraded to fusion 9 on this url: http://radio-godmode.org/ no sidepanels show up! While I upgraded this url: http://radio-godmode.org/blade-and-scrolls/files/ and it has plenty of panels working. Also lately when I navigate to the news admin I get this error:

I seem to not properly updated files. Reupload v9 files. First check with default themes. If are default themes ok, Is it error in your theme.

Make sure all panels have a languages, if it is empty no panels will show.

When you upload the files, overwrite all files always. Don’t ever skip any file.This will avoid breaking your own website.
You should have backup the whole of your drive to a Pen Drive or something similar before you do anything.
Nowadays, you can even backup to Github , Bitbucket or any online SVN code repository service if the files are non sensitive. It will be there perpetually and you can share your codes for even faster troubleshooting. For files that you do not want to share, you can put it in .gitignore file. It will take some effort to set it up but once you do, you will never regret it.
This is just a friendly advice to prevent similar situation happening to anybody else.

Ok..I will try that..I see no missing stuff in the database or in the admin interface..it's just the panels doesn't show up when visiting the site..

You can simply test it by adding a new panel and see if it renders. Check your panels table in phpmyadmin or equal and see the panel_language value., it should be your default language and or more enabled languages.
