Looks like the options for Google Captcha are out-dated and are not functioning.
Either that or the wiki is outdated and I'm not entering the correct keys.

The documentation isn't very good on that module.
Secure image v3 doesn't give options and google recaptcha looks like it's for the retired version. I tried keys for different versions but nothing shows up for the registration form, etc.
