Magazine theme with 9.03.07 - custom page

Hi guys,
I make upgrade to 9.03.07 and i see that i have some problems with custom page that use iframe. Page work good, all text and image appared but iframe isn't see on page. I test and link for iframe work good. Nothing change on code but iframe don't appared now. In 03.06 everything was work perfect, but now don't see nothing there is a iframe.
And about upgrade isn't possible to make a new system for upgrade, because everytime when make upgrade all change on pages must to be maked again, for exemple analytics code must to insert it after every upgrade and all other change like this.

in \includes you have footer_includes.php and header_includes.php these are blank default and these are the ones to add custom things such as analytics. When you update you simply delete these files from the distribution pack and update as usual.
When it comes to your iframe issue we do not have a clear explanation to this, we tested on our Custom Pages in demos that run latest .70 build and it works as intended with a youtube embeded video via iframe.

I don't know why but after i make upgrade at 9.03.80 iframe don't work again in custom page.
