Upload? - Do you mean "Download"? - In that case go to "Admin Panel" --> "System Admin" --> "Site Links" and click on "Edit" or "Delete" with the link.

no bro,
i install File Manager MOds, then i uninstell it,
it that Upload File is still there,
Admin Panel" --> "System Admin" --> "Site Links" is empty there is nothing to delete.

This is the right way... check how u are installed this mod, every mod have README and Rayxen shouts several times read it first before to use it and ask for problems.

One suggestion - Reinstall it from scratch, and before to upload something check for the readme, if there is no README, such as some AusiMods mods or infusions, search Forums here, and then ask.

all is ok, i installed it and uninstalled it again.
but that UPLOAD FILE is still there.
