When you went to the admin panel did you click on "Click here to finish install" and you have to fill in Teamspeak Address, Teamspeak Port, and Teamspeak Query port, if you do not fill these in the Teamspeak mod will not work, and when you go to redit the you must fill it all in, again.

If you have to uninstall it, then use phpmyadmin and go to your database and delete fusion_teamspeak and reinstall teamspeak. Do not run the install twice...

defuse it
delete teamspeak panel folder
go into your database and deleted/drop fusion_teamspeak
download the new teamspeak, same link as above and reinstall, as you would do a normal infusion.

then in admin panel go to infusion click on the teamspeak one, click on "Click HERE to finish install" fill in "ALL" fields, click save, and delete teamspeak_install.php. then go back to your homepage and click on the teamspeak link.

Sounds like to tried to install it as a panel, or your not running the latest version of phpfusion.

You can see both teamspeak and ventrilo working here
http://clan-revengeance.com/infusions...mspeak.php
http://clan-revengeance.com/infusions...ntrilo.php

the new download for teamspeak doesnt have "teamspeak_panel.php" so you need to delete the teamspeak panel from admin-superadmin-panels

Check if you uploaded to the right folder structure.

tsviewer_panel_60_c[1745].zip tested on two different hosts running 6.00.304 and no problems at all.
