Why does link and img dont work?

You are not pointing to the photo .jpg....
You are pointing to the download instead which does download the file.

You should be pointing to the photo itself like this:
http://www.forumspam.nl/data/media/18/2069.jpg with the [img] brackets before and after,
and then it will show up correctly as shown below.



OR,
if you are just wanting to link to it, then you need to use the [url] brackets before and after like this:
http://www.forumspam.nl/data/media/18...8/2069.jpg

AND,
if you want to get a little fancier, you can put a short title in place of the longer URL like this:
Who Cares Photo
