When I try to post a link in the forum, I nomally get the link by adding the url tags around the link.
However, I can´t do it to all links, like this eksample:
http://www.netsummary.dk/vis?u=:3x3m....topcar.swf

The Url tags won´t make this into a link - as you can see

Another error.
Is when I post an Url into an image - like
[url= thelink][img]picture[/img][/ url] (without the spaces) it works fine.

But when I post a link after that (or later on in my post), It just post the image, with the Url tags around it. Strange.. ;)

That´s it :)

Some characters are not allowed in links for security reasons. These include spaces, single/double quotes, semi colons, colons and plus characters.

So there is not easy way around these?

When my users post links like this, they tend to be really long, and they break the layout completely - and they cant be made clicky ofcourse.

Problem is, my users are not the brightest of people, putting URL tags around links is rare, so to have them use tinyurl seems like a lost battle. Guess I'll have to do it myself then :)
