A long Complaint from apache

I install the latest php-fusion a couple days ago (last tuesday) and it seems to work find. Only when I accidently open my apache error_log i surprise to see a long warning about my phpfusion site.

Can somebody give me a clue about this?

The warning says:

Hello!

I know the complaints about this one are old but this issue seems to be as current as BBC News. The thing is I can hear my HDD working like crazy between my click on News in Content Admin and the news.php page being displayed in my browser, not to mention about a 2 seconds break while I'm waiting for the page to load.

Will 6.00.400 fix this one? Thanks!
