OMG! The new messages.php won't allow my peoples' on my site to send messages to anyone! It says "This user's inbox is full". For whoever try to sends a message..... Wtf is going on.

I suggest you try downloading again to be certain. It should be working fine, no other reports of this.

In this site. click "write new messages", the link show ****/messages.php?msg_send=0
but, in my site, show ****/messages.php?folder=inbox&msg_send
it does not work!:(

It looks like you have the old messages.php. Download the new version from the core downloads area.
