Ok, its an unfriendly beast, so if you ever have need to alter the timestamp in the database (say you are converting an existing site over to Php-Fusion and you have to add their news and the client wants the original post dates) - there's a good online tool for converting conventional dates to Unix Timestamps and vice-versa.

Ok, you super-coders have probably written your own function to do it, but for those who haven't, here's the link: http://www.4webhelp.net/us/timestamp.php
