Hi,

Very new to phpfusion (although i have installed and udes other cms's in the past). Just installed, following all instructions carefully, but when i try to access my site i just see:

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'themes/Similitude06/theme.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php' ) in /homepages/**/********/htdocs/umd/subheader.php on line 14

Can anyone tell me why, and how to fix this please?

Thanks
Jingo

There should be a file theme.php in the folder ../themes/Similtude06/ but it cannot be found. Are you sure you uploaded everything?

Jingo, sometimes FTP programs don't quite deliver all files as expected. Try uploading the Themes folder again, or at least the Similitude06 theme to the themes folder and let us know how it goes. ;)

Hi,
Have just (clean) installed the latest version but when I go to mydomain/index.php I get a similar error message to Jingo. I have tried deleting the Similitude06 theme folder and uploading it again, but to no avail. The theme.php file is there ok. One thing I notice is that the path referred to in the two error messages (Jingo's and mine)is different. My error message reads:

"Warning: main(themes/Similitude06/theme.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in
/home/xxxxxxx/public_html/subheader.php on line 14

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'themes/Similitude06/theme.php'
(include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php'
in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/subheader.php on line 14"

Don't have a clue where to go from here, so help would be much appreciated.

Pathes are different because, well, you, are on different servers ;). In the end, they're both pointing in the same place: the root directory of your Fusion setup. Jingo's appears to possibly be on a test server on his own box, but that is just a guess - it is similar to what my test server would show if I got the same error.

To be certain, you're directory structure should be main_fusion_directory/themes/Similitude06/theme.php where "main_fusion_directory" is just your root directory. Is this the case?

Thanks for coming back on this kejonn. Yes, I ftp-ed everything in the core "php-files" folder to my root directory as per the installation instructions. As far as I can see, all the files & folders are there.

Um, er, bad case of not seeing wood for trees. All due to that upper case 'S' in 'Similitude06'. Had my ftp client set to force lower case file and folder names on the remote server ....... All is now aok.
