Boy, you don't know me... but I have known you since your days with php-nuke.

I have enjoyed, and appreciated all off the hard work you put into making stellar themes.

Its going to be hard for someone to live up to what the community has come to expect as far as themes go.

Its sad to see you leave, but life goes on. Time does not stop for anyone. its a sad fact, but it is a fact, nonetheless

Please, whatever you do in the future, please keep me in touch @ matt55_22@yahoo.com (its a request).

Also, whatever site you open next, I hope you supply me the URL to that website via PM/email so that I can update my footer copyrights accordingly ;)

May Future bring you lots and lots of success, as you are a very talented (and gifted) man!

We cannot know that yet. It will be sad if he doesn't reach his goals, it will not if he is happy with his new ambitions.
Shedrock's not banned and still a member here; we all admire his work, by the way, and I feel we'll see more of his achievements someplace in the future.

I'm sure your read "The future of PHPFusion".
As far as Shedrock's previous tasks are concerned, a new Themes site is under construction, and managed by another extremely talented person.
You'll see that in due time, soon.

as a matter of fact, I have personally seen uctxs's and matanor's themes so I know that both are very talented. I have not said "ANYWHERE" in my thread that NO one is AS talented as Shedrock. I merely said that "Living up to...." would be hard (not IMPOSSIBLE)

This thread was my way of letting shedrock know how much I have appreciated him, his work, and his help. If you want to ADD to this thread, then please go ahead. BUT do not "WRONGFULLY" interpret this thread.

Hopefully this will clear some air.

As we agree on most if not all items, nothing seems "wrongfully interpreted" :) and I feel I did add to it.
Besides, maybe you know everything I said, maybe also everyone here does not.

Well, I was connected at the moment, maybe you would have made a better choice. It was not a good thing to leave this thread unanswered, and not a good thing to answer either. And I don't believe in post deleting or locking. So... I picked one bad solution out of the two possible ;)

My whole motivation behind this thread was NOT ONLY ME but others who were/are fans of Shedrocks' Work, can join in to say a final thank you. and of course, whatever else they want to add.

Shedrock gave the community many good themes. Without them we'd REALLY have a bunch of sites that look alike! He also provided two mods that were very widely used: Advanced Shoutbox Panel and the Welcome Panel (not sure of the name). He will be missed but I already know he's excited about doing much of the same type of work with another similar project. I wish him the best in his work and hope he'll make the same impact there as he did here.

EDIT: Oh, and I know he had other mods that people liked but I don't recall what they were :o. They were good work too.

If you believe that is not necesary delete or lock this post, please dont say it, not sounds very well. Close a post in General Chat that basically only give thanks and best wishes, never is an option.

Dale, you know what i think via PM. You did an extraordianry job with php-fusion themes site. Thanks for all. :)

And we can't forget Thomas and Amylee. You two helped me alot with general php-fusion problems (not only theme related problems). Thanks for the friendly support and patience. :)

It is hard to say, but I am very sorry that you say warm words now, when shedrock step back from PHPFusion.

You should say such warm words, when shedrock was here with us.

Of course shedrock is still living his is not dead ;) but many people say warm words after somebody will die.

It's terrible what you are doing here in this thread. Those who want to say him good words should say it in private, not here in a public.

Those who are from PHPFusion Crew like Quartzkyte just say nothing, all what you should say, has been said earlier.

I think shedrock is more individual person then living in group. There are lots of people here in PHPFusion community, which help others and are doing some good things to PHPFusion or others, and they are such good as shedrock, Digitanium or others the highest situated persons.

The fault is always on both sides, remember that, no one here is innocent.

Either You keep this about some kind of "homenage" to Shedrock and how we miss him and how great he is/was, or I will lock the thread.
Goes for all, regardless of status.

This kind of nagging and nitpicking is respectless beyond all imagination.

You don't understand, what I was going to say...

Who shedrock is/was at PHPFusion community everybody I think know about it.

The only thing I would like to say is that this thread is nothing more like an effort to make shootout between Crew and shedrock.

No one normal will talk big into a public about somebody, when everybody knows about situation.

Some of you would like to buy a trouble, nothing more. I don't see the reason to say some warm words to somebody after he left community, why don't you say such words earlier?

Respect to shedrock for his great job.

For me you may even close this thread.

I like what shedrock has done for community, great job, but even if I like it, I would not put thread and say it, I would contact with him other way. There were lots of opportunity to do that much earlier.

Sorry if you don't understand me, I was not that one who choose English language for the most popular in the world, my language is Polish, and it's hard to say something in English like I would like to say in Polish. Regards...

It is a litle hard believe that someone whant shootout between crew and Shedrock. Maybe you are right, but for me its silly.

Why people say nice things now and not before? Do not know why Matt's posted now, but better late than never, no? Things have the importance that we give it.

Thanks for your honestity, and do not worry for your English, mine is much worse. ;)
