Infusion not showing up?

in the infusion folder there is:

navigation_panel
online_users_panel
shoutbox_panel
user_info_panel
welcome_message_panel

At the moment the gallery isn't working either but I am asuming thats down to the infusions not being run and same with the index page layout the admin box and shout box is at the bottom of the site.

Er, those are all panels... they will never show up as they're not infusions...

As for the gallery, I don't know what you did, but it sure sounds like a mess. Did you move around panels and stuff?

I didn't modify anything I just uploaded all the files from:

php-fusion-6-01-5/php-files

after running the update.

Did you follow the readme? How did you do the update?

I did, and I run the upgrade in the admin panel.

What I suggest you do is download the photogallery bits of PHP Fusion again then reupload them

I can do that, but there is also the issue that the layout is wrong no?
