Hi,

My php-fusion website is currently running at version 6.00.307 and thats very old.
Earlier I tried to upgrade to the latetes, but I had that much problems with it so I didn't try it again.
MY complete website was a mess. I couldn't get access to my administration panel, many things didn't work (like settings-misc ...).
So now I want to upgrade to the latest because some infusions only work with the latest php-fusion.
I hope you can help me with upgrading because i'm a php nooby and I don't want to loose my website.

Thank you very much for helping.
I love PHP-fusion!!!

Greetings,
Stijn (a happy php-fusion user)

Make a database backup through System Admin, delete all the old files and folders, upload the new version of php-fusion, install it and go to Admin panel again to restore your previous backup.
Its that simple heh.

@Fans - almost that simple - but do NOT use the old DB backup (6.00.xx) after upgrading to latest v.
It will cause problems, believe me :)

Follow the upgrade readme and this is really piece of cake!

1] Make a brand new 6.00.307 page.
2] Restore your 6.00.307 DB backup on that page.
3] Upgrad the 6.00.307 to v.6.0.1x
4] Done.
:D

1 - Download the PHPFusion 6.01.6 full package from HERE

2 - Make a backup of all your files and your DB. Store them in a safe place.

3 - Upload the "upgrade.php" script from the right folder (upgrade v6.00.3xx if you're on v.6.00.307)

4 - Log inn as superadmin and click "Upgrade" in your admin panel

5 - Upload all the files in the php-files folder.

6 - Chmod the folder images/photoalbums/submissions to 777

7 - Pretty much done.
