Problems with gallery

My site is having problems with image gallery, the people can submit pictures but when I as admin want to allow it on website the following mistake occurr.

Make sure your images\photoalbum\submisson - folder are CHMOD 777.

you see the problem started when I shifted web site to another server. At first everything was going great and everything worked, but when I transfered to another server problem with gallery occured, and yes after the upgrade there is still a problem

Do you have GD2 support? Check phpInfo in your adminpanel.

Hmm dunno how can I check that, I am using plesk and hosting from registerlfy :) if that doesn't help please tell me more how to find out if I have GD2 support or not.

go to system panel, php info icon
scroll down, you should see it say GD in bold in center and then it'll say enabled and the version.

I have the same problem, after moving to a new host, and i got no idea what is going on, so any help at all is apriciated.
UPDATE
I did create a folder called: album_1 in the /images/photoalbum/
that did fix my problem.

Please help anyone I have 14 pics in my gallery I can delete and upload them again but just to resolve this problem :) Any suggestions are most welcome!

You have GD2 support according to your phpInfo.
Is it set to GD2 in your Adminpanel-> System -> Photogallery too?

Try making a new album? Might be a idea to scrap the whole album and making new ones?

thank you man it works, but I made like 3 or 4 hostings for my website so if one fails it will switch to another so will this happen every time I switch to another hosting, database is always at the same place not switching anywhere. Regards
alot of people are having problems with this, this error has happend to me without even moving servers :O did you change something on the upgrade?

i have the same problem, but i know why :-D my php runs in safe_mode and so i can't make dirs (mkdir) gives an ftp-upload funktion as infusion for the gallery???
