I was literally up and running in 20 minutes with php-fusion.

PS, I guess I should mention what the site is for. ;-)
Basically, I wanted to create a site for programmers to hangout. A site with news, articles, music, games, etc.
I would like to eventually have the site host community projects for coders around the world.
Anyway, drop by and have fun!

Added more mods...changed layout.
I think I will start on a classified system.
