Problem with forum attachment

Hi all,
I have been using PHPFusion for about a month now, It has been working great. I have just recently noticed that users cannot download attachments posted in the forums. They receive this error:
Fatal error: Class 'httpdownload' not found in C:\WebRoot\wwwroot2\includes\forum_functions_include.php on line 45
Can anyone help me in fixing this issue? Here is the website in question in case anyone want to take a look. [url=the-westside.no-ip.info]My Site[/url]
As of this post I am currently using PHPFusion v6.01.6 with the following Infusions:
Avatar Administration v1.20
Bad Login Manager v1.0.2
Forum Image Checker v1.0
Image Checker v1.0
Member File Uploads v1.20
Members IP v6.01
