If you moded your fusion then check out any WHILE and FOR loops. Most execution time exceeds happen because of wrong loops code. Ex. of wrong loop:

Forgoten $ in i++ can cause such problems...

Usually this error occures when you try to do something that would increase the server load. Do you have any panels or anything that would copy files, modify files, backup a database, or use a for() loop ?

Well, i had the Enhanced ShoutBox from PHPFusion Themes. I had to edit the BBCodes, for the Smilies, i think that is in the maincore but i have replaced Maincore file

Never mind i did total DB Wipe and Restored on the Nessecery Tables and it works perfect, Thanx for your help!

But, if this happens to anyone, wonder if it just cause of the PHP Fusion Themes ShoutBox...
Or the Advance File Upload:D

I have this problem on my system, I wanting to install it for possible testing purposes and maby upload it to my future server. It has never been installed, but worked on windows. Now I run Ubuntu Linux 6.06 LTS (Dapper) and it wont run. Why?

There is no such prob with the Enhanced ShoutBox, check your
modifications...

Well, it does but it's not completely configured and the main page won't load even if it is configured.
