I'm having problems with someone using proxies to gain access to my site after they have been baned with there normal ip.

i have a web stats script i use to show referrals..question if i blacklist the range 74.6 or 74.36, will that really stop all ip's w/those ranges?

anything else i can do to stop my site from being browsed by proxy users??
