visibility groups in news post

I got a minor problem.
When I create a new "News" and i want to pick the visibility on what groups can see the news, I got old groups that i have delete long time ago in that list.
So if the groups are deleted, but still showing in the v"isibility" dropdown box, where can i edit them so only the "real" are showing? (i did try and find them in the SQLdb but without luck)
