queries regarding php-fusion, pls help

I'm currently on a project and we are deciding whether or not we are using CMS. We have some queries regarding php-fusion, hopefully anyone of you can answer our questions, thanks alot!

1) We are concerned about the design aspects of the website. Can we use our own images for background, buttons while using php-fusion? If can, briefly state how.

2) Are there any examples out there which uses php-fusion yet good in the design aesthetics.

3) I've visited some websites which uses php-fusion, it seems that the layout of the navigation buttons are very standardized. Is it possible to change the layout? For eg, putting the buttons in the middle of the page etc

4) Do I have to put the logo if i use php-fusion in the website?
