cannot go to the second or third page in any page

Hello,
in my site, for example in picture album or in user list ,when i click the second page ,the url changes to something like rowstart=24 but it always shows the first page.
I think this happened after i added some mod, but dont know which one.
Did anyone experience something like this?
fusion version is 6.01.6
