Infusions after upgrade

I have upgraded my site to the latest version 6-01-5 and prior to that I had two infusions, I decided to add two more, but in the admin panel/infusions it does not see the new infusions, what have I got to do to get this working?

do i just upload the files, as I only see upgrade files for 6.00.1x, 2x or 3x?

I have copied v6.01.8 software onto site but the Web Site Admin Panel shows - v6.01.5 also the Infusions are still not being recognised, I have copied the up again after the upgrade.

Did you run the update script?

And what was the old version?
Did you rewrite all files, that are in the php-files folder?

Initially I upgraded from v06.00.207 to v06.01.5 for this i ran the upgrade script which seemed to update the database, then I copied all the files to the site folder as instructed in the notes. Then I loaded more infusions but these are not recognised.
Then you recommended that I upgrade to v06.01.8. There were no update files for this move so I only copied up the php files.
Where did i go wrong?

1. PHPFusion 6.01.6 Update for 6.01.4/5 - dowload & upgrade
2. PHPFusion 6.01.8 Update for 6.01.6/7 - after the first point, dowloat it, and upgrade again.

I lost some infusions 2.
i have upgradet to 6.01.8
But for some infusions you need MOD's
you need to replace your MAINFILE for instance,, but BACKUP the oldone.
when something not working... replace it again.
:D
but it's treu, an old invusion whit a MOD needet like that.
does not work properly.
or does not do anything.
but also other infusions.
i also have some infusions uploadet
and they are not visible afther infuse them,
but the are infused when you do it twice.
MOD NEEDED. and that old MOD, gives BUG to new version.
So the person that created the infusion has to create a new mod.
