What's the general opinion on sites like this?

This guy is even using php-fusion to run his hacker site.

Is it for the greater good? Should he be hunted down and shut down?

i like that site, i use EMP bombs when i was 15 (now 16 lol) dunno i like place like that u learn a lot, well not in all that kind of sites u can learn useful things... i actually think is good that the hackers use php-fusion... i guess thats mean is hard to hack, ... hmm?

my website is about something like that but in in this case just security, i alwais try to ensure that a a system is secure probably make me sleep better at night coz probably some stupid cracker was spending 2 weeks on find a bug just to post " hacked by hacker "
