A good start would be to download the handbook if you haven't already done so:

Please be a little more specific on your questions.

Do you have a host that supports php and mysql and ftp access? If that is settled, then upload the script to your server and run the setup.php as explained in the readme and the handbook.

If you have problems from there, then explain which problems you experience.

The handbook is greet. And the included readme that comes with the Download package really explain step by step how to install this CMS.

Exactly what part do you not understand? I'm sure we cant talk you through it my friend! :)

You need to find a host at first that will support php, mysql and ftp. First consideration is how much you intend to spend on hosting. As a starter to gain experience on running a site, a free host may be a good solution even though you will almost always see some kind of annoying limitations for free hosts.

This a thread discussing free hosts. You may wish to try one of those to get familiar with the CMS:

Then yopu upload the content of php-files from the download og the lates version of PHPFusion and run the setup.php. Again, read the readme and the handbook chapter on installation.

I would recommend the SmartFTP (free FTP-client) for uploading your files.

Just google for it.
