Are you sure you´re using the orignal phpBB forum?
I´m chech it out your site thats cool, but apart of phpBB nothing instald in your forum, it still the fusion. All I want is that to change my forum and use phpBB.

But AJFires didn't want to integrate phpbb into fusion. He wanted to improve the fusion forum.

Integrating phpBB is not recommended. You will make fusion more insecure, and it's very hard to accomplish, whereas phpBB's code is very cluttered and way too expanded.

SMF would be heaps better :)

Not familiar with that. I did't like their licence though.
