Hi Admin,

I would like to know, why most of my users cannot logon to the site even use valid user & pass...

fyi, almost of them using ie (internet explorer), when they use the mozilla/firefox it's will be fine & no problem to login..

so.. how to solve it for internet explorer users?

I'm not the Admin and I don't have the answer but If you see on this site there are 14,783 register members some of theme using Internet Explorer, the other using Firefox or Opera ... etc
even they haven't problem with this point, I never face like this before since I using PHPFusion, I know if I got problem I'll looking for help but I told you man never face this problem, sounds weird.

i've tried both.. enabled, disabled, clear cookies.. n many more.. it's same..

i got 34k users... almost of them use internet explorer... hurrm..

firefox users dont face this problem.. only ie..

really need your team to check it back

tell them to tick the "remeber me" box prior to login in with IE, there's a weird ass bug in IE that a lot of people experience, if this helps then there's a fix for it somewhere in this forum.

In \infusions\user_info_panel\user_info_panel.php find:

<input type='checkbox' name='remember_me' value='y' title='".$locale['063']."' style='vertical-align:middle;'>


Replace with:

<input type='checkbox' name='remember_me' value='y' checked title='".$locale['063']."' style='vertical-align:middle;'>
