I'd like to say, that this guy claims that he made this website, but i can see, without doubt, that it is php-fusion, with fully removed copyright.

Can someone, who is close to nick, point him to this topic!?

Hey,
yes, no doubt that's PHPFusion, but since few weeks it's not required to leave copyright notice in footer... He shouldn't say he created the site himself, but also he doesn't do anything illegal deleting link to php-fusion.co.uk.
